Wedding Flowers Shipping Information

When to Schedule Delivery
Please schedule the delivery date for your wedding flowers 3 days prior to your event. The one exception to this is Lilies. All Lilies, except Calla Lilies, require 4 to 5 days to open up. Calla Lilies follow the regular 3 day advance rule of thumb. Refer to each product page if you have any question about specific flower varieties.

Shipping Information
Because we know that weddings and special events are often planned with quite a strict budget in mind, shipping and delivery charges are included our flower pricing. So that there are no suprising end-of-sale costs, all Lola Blooms prices include shipping via DHL or FedEx's Priority Overnight Services for delivery within the continental USA. Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada.

We are able to deliver your wedding flowers Tuesday through Friday. We ship

our flowers with FedEx or DHL Priority Overnight so that your flowers arrive as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries due to courier restrictions. All deliveries should arrive by 5:00pm on the delivery date you specify, and most packages will likely arrive by 10:30am.

Please contact DHL and FedEx to confirm service availability and estimated delivery time for your area. Confirming service availability and estimated delivery time for your area can be done by calling FedEx or DHL, providing the customer representative with your 5 digit zip code, and informing them that you are expecting a Priority Overnight Package.


Since fresh flowers (including wholesale flowers and wedding flowers) are perishable and affected by weather and climate, we ask that customers or their representatives be present at time of delivery. This will guarantee that your flowers are not left unattended or sent back for next day delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX or DHL at 1.800-CALL-DHL directly to reschedule delivery.

Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx and DHL do not accept orders without a working telephone number. Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $10 fee and changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches.
